As the development intention of spring and summer work pants, breathability and comfort are the top priorities. Therefore, in the selection of fabrics, we used Japanese custom imported ultra-fine nylon 0.6D, woven with German Mayer 50-needle machines for precision. The fabric surface has a slightly textured appearance. High-density weaving process enhances visual texture, with a smooth and skin-friendly feel. It ensures breathability while maintaining shape support. Ultra-fine NYLON fibers are blended with spandex, treated with special shrinkage processing, presenting a natural texture on the surface. The fabric shows different luster from various angles, is slightly elastic, easy to care for, and does not deform after long-term wear.

The design aims to create a practical and stylish spring and summer work pants item. The pants have been adjusted multiple times to coordinate the natural wide-leg silhouette from the waist to the hem, with pocket designs at the hem to elongate the leg line. The front and back panels are separated to increase the stiffness of the pants, making the overall shape more three-dimensional. The pants are made using woven technology, with an inner elastic waistband to reduce the amount of fabric below the waist, avoiding a bulky appearance.

Fit and fabric are the key elements we always prioritize. The improvement of garment fit and high production requirements are ultimately reflected in time and material costs, but focusing on high-quality material selection and production standards is what we always strive for.
